Smart Objective: Wikihow article on the History of the English Language.

In my project I will be writing an article (approximately 750 to 1000 words)  about the development of the English language. The article will be structured like a Wikihow article, ready to be published for Wikihow. The article will cover three historical periods of the English language including: Old English, Middle English and Modern English. My article will cover the history of the English language and how it developed over time. I will also be talking about when Britain was colonised and how this impacted the language that is spoken now.

In terms of research, I will look into how to write a good article and how to make it engaging for the reader. 

I aim to use copyright free pictures to enhance the explanation in my article. I will use Google Docs or Microsoft Word to write the article and then present it in a template. I will complete this project and upload it on my website by the beginning of March.
