Creating my website: Gallery

To start off with my Gallery page I decided to change the colour of the box that was next to the label 'Projects,' I did this by selecting the box, then going into design and being able to choose a colour that is more fit in the colour scheme of my website. I did this to all of the boxes on the gallery page.

I then had to edit my first project, it was called 'Shakespeare's Impact on the English Language,' I had to change the colour as it was not the same as the theme, I did this by selecting the text and I was able to change the colour to a dark purple, as if I had changed it to pink it could be illegible.

This is what my first project looked like on the gallery, I now have to update the photo that I will use as an introduction to my project.

To change the photo on the cover of my project, I clicked on the image that I wanted to change, an then change image. I then proceeded to Google and typed in 'William Shakespeare,' and clicked on the images, to make sure that the images are copyright free, I clicked on tools and made sure the the images were labelled as 'Creative Common Licenses,'

To upload my image, I selected change image, then upload media, I was then able to browse my files and was able to find the picture I needed. I then resized it and made it fit into the box

I decided I did not need all of the other projects that were already on the template, so I decided I would delete the rest of the others.  To do this I simply selected the box, right clicked and chose 'delete'.

In addition, I also decided to add the blogger icon on this page. I did this by pressing add elements, and social, then social bar and proceeded to delete all of the socials, then picked blogger, and I linked my blog with the social icon.

Here is what my Gallery page looked like completed.

Overall I really like my Gallery, I feel like it looks clean and simple and it is quite easy to use. I do not think I would change anything about it.
